After he fells sick, his family bring him to Kasih Ibu Hospital in Denpasar, Bali.

Because his condition is not come to good and his heart beat is too fast, Kasih Ibu Hospital hasn't take any action. And then Slamet has recommended to bring him to Sanglah Hospital. He come to emergency section of Sanglah Hospital at 4 AM. And he get a long time treatment. But, his family hasn't informed to the hospital that he ever come to Singapore. Few times later, His wife told to the hospital that her husband ever come to Singapore.

The Hospital staff has shocked when she told that. Actually they know that the Singapore is an endemic country. Cause of that, all of hospital staff use a mask and proper equipment for swine influenza treating immediately. And then the Hospital staff moved him to the isolated room.

When he treated in Nusa Indah section or swine influenza isolation room, Slamet condition was become worst. And in the morning Mr. Slamet has died.
