Tanjung Benoa is an interesting fisherman region. Taking a walk along the shore in his region is an interesting activity. The noise center of this region lies at Jl. Pratama where there are hotels and restaurants can be found along the street. However, it is not a comfort street to walk for there is no available sidewalk. Generally, Tanjung Benoa has a rather quiet situation, especially in the night.

Activities in Tanjung Benoa
The activity commonly done by tourists in Tanjung Benoa is water sport such as diving, wind surfing, sailing, water sky, snorkeling, etc. If you are interested in doing those activities, you can contact the sport operator in Tanjung Beno, which among them are Taman Sari Marine Sport and Benoa Marine Recreation.

The operator will serve the equipment and travel service to the tourists. They can also deliver the tourists to have fishing activity to some locations or sailing by transparent boat so the tourists can see the see bottom panorama from their boat.

If you are interested in doing diving activity, you can pay the diving tariff which has covered the diving equipment hire and diving activity around Tanjung Benoa. If you wish to dive away from the diving location, as to Tulamben, you will be aimed an extra charge.

For those who have not been able to dive yet, they can follow a diving course for 3 days (with minimal participants are 2 members). Here, they will be trained by diving instructors from PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructor).

The snorkeling tariff is $20 for each hour and each person has covered the equipment and boat hire to deliver participants to the snorkeling location located in the sea coral region around Tanjung Benoa beach.

The tariff for other shore tourist activity are as follows: parasailing ($20 for once trip), jet sky ($25 for each 15 minutes), water sky ($25 for each 15 minutes), banana boat ($15 for each 15 minutes), taking a walk by boat to see the sea coral ($20 for each hour and each one), speed boating ($90 for each hour and each one), fishing activity by boat ($35-80 for 3 hours depends on the utilized boat).

Transportation to Tanjung Benoa
The tourist can ride the taxi from Ngurah Rai airport to Tanjung benoa with charge about Rp 60,000, but the charge from the opposite direction will be cheaper than before. You can ride bemo from Kuta to Bualu (Rp 4000) then change to the green bemo serving route along Jl. Pratama (Rp 2000), but it is just available in few numbers. The tourists can go around Tanjung Benoa by taxi or on foot for there are rarely public vehicles passing this area.
