Le Meyeur Museum
It shows the painting by Adrien Jean Le Mayeur de Merpes (1880-1958), a Belgium artist. The painting was paint since he had traveled around the world such as in Africa, India, Italia, France, and South Pacific.

He arrived in Bali in 1932, and then in next three years, he married with beautiful Legong Dancer, Ni Polok, who was 15 years old. They lived in Sanur in 1935 until 1958 when Sanur area was the silent fisherman village. She lived there until she was dead.

The painting shows the Balinese daily activity and the beautiful Balinese ladies. It was painted since he arrived in Bali, but unfortunately the painting untreated as well.

Today the Mayeur house functioned as a museum with Balinese architecture. The pace and elegance house is located on the edge of beach, between Grand Bali Beach and Diwingkara.
