Playing Kites in Green Island, this is the theme of the competition this year. Mainly, the participants of the festival are coming from the villages in Denpasar, Kuta, Sanur and Jimbaran. Although the participants mainly come from Bali, or Indonesia, but most of the tourist are very interesting to attend it.

The performance of the kites, most of them are very big. The tail is also very long. So, it is not weird to start to fly up the kite, more than 10 persons must be participate altogether. With the help of the strong wind at the Padanggalak Beach, hopefully the kites will be easy to fly up.

If you are interesting to attend the festival, you can reach Padanggalak Beach easily. It is only 20 minutes drive from Kuta area, or about 15 minutes from Denpasar area. If you stay in Sanur, you can be say that you are just near the festival. Best way to reach the place is by renting a car in Bali.
